The Jews Killed Kennedy

...according to the leftist Daily Kos, anyway. Hmmmm, I didn't know that.

Now in fairness, it's only in a "diary," which is different than the main page. Still, it's been up for weeks, and LGF has been all over it. Rest assured, if the conservative Red State site [which uses the same format] were hosting such paranoia and bigotry, they'd be spat upon for it, and rightfully so.

And so, Daily Kos, I spit on you, and rightfully so. First your people chased out all the Hillary supporters in favor of Obama, and now this ugliness from the left's most influential website, the cradle of the "reality-based" community.

Reality, indeed.

That is a pretty interesting statement to make when you are wanting a Democrat to win the election. If I am not mistaken, I think that percentage-wise Jews typically lean heavily toward Democrats.

Could it be that once again the left-wing is trying to throw out the base (read: Joe Lieberman)?

The left owe their allegiance to their fellow lefties the world over. That's why they consider themselves "citizens of the world" before they are citizens of their particular nation.

So too, America's left are citizens of the world before they are even Democrats, let alone "Americans."

You are correct, Mr. Nidsu, that the Jewish vote has leaned Democrat, although Ronald Reagan managed 39% one year, splitting it for all practical purposes, and that might be good enough.

American Jewry represents 2-3% of our population, but still accounts for perhaps 5% of the vote nationally, albeit concentrated in a handful of states.

So, it is thought that although New York will no doubt go for Obama, the Jewish vote might swing Florida and/or Pennsylvania, and thereby elect the next president, the Electoral College being what it is. [And thank the good Lord for that.]

And yes, the left already declared war on Joe Lieberman, who is a Democrat and a liberal, but not a leftist. If you want to know why the left trashes their 2000 VP nominee, please do read Sen. Lieberman in his own words, here.

[Hint: Barack Obama is not John Fitzgerald Kennedy. Not by any stretch of the imagination...]
